The artist holds all rights to the final product, and reserves the right to display commissioned artworks in portfolios and social media. This does not mean that I will claim ownership over the characters or anything else in the product.Commissions are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced or sold for commercial purposes (e.g stickers, shirts, NFTs, crypto selling, etc.), and may not be used for AI training. Payment is accepted through Paypal only. The commissioner must deposit payment upfront in order for a commission to be accepted and for the commissioner to be placed in queue. The commissioner may deposit 50% of the total price if it is equal to or exceeds $100. Price is subject to change depending on concept complexity. Additional fees may be charged if alterations are requested after the commissioner has approved of the sketch. No refunds will be issued once work has begun work on the commission, unless the artist finds that they are unable to complete the request. The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission at any time. If there is a subject matter that I am not practiced at, I will make a point to explicitly let you know this and ask you if you would like to move forward with a commission. In order for the process to proceed more efficiently, be specific with the type of artwork that you are looking for and descriptive of what you want. Using images as reference is preferred.
